After a career in professional surfing, Warwick Wright found his way into branding, where he became fascinated by watching wallpaper come to life in the factory. His focus soon shifted to transforming art into extraordinary walls. After five years of mastering the process, he opened his own factory and invested in specialised machinery. Today, 23 Interiors employs a team of 15 and creates, supplies and installs wallpaper across South Africa.

More Than Off-the-Shelf Wallpaper

Unlike a typical wallpaper retailer, nothing in our collection is sold “as is” off a shelf. Every design — whether it’s one of our 300+ ready-made patterns or a piece you’ve brought to us yourself — is printed to order and installed to the exact dimensions of your space. That means no awkward seams, no compromise on scale, and a finish that looks like it was made for your room, because it was.

Our Own Factory, Our Own Standards

Every wallpaper that leaves 23 Interiors is printed using the specialised machinery in our own factory. Keeping production in-house means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and a direct line between the design you fall in love with and the wall it ends up on — backed by a team of 15 who create, supply and install wallpaper right across South Africa.

A Collection Built Around Real Artists

Our catalogue spans everything from bold geometrics and lush jungle prints to soft florals, textures, and playful kids’ designs — but some of our most-loved work comes from our collaborations with independent artists. Coco And Salt, Kerry Michau, and Leigh Bisset each bring a distinct hand to our Artists collection, turning walls into genuine works of art rather than just a backdrop.
